World Civ.- presenting French Revolution projects Wednesday and beginning the Industrial Revolution on Thursday

American History- Studying American Imperialism, test is planned for November  2

8th grade Social Studies- Studying the American Revolution, students will have an open notes test over chapters 5 and 6 on Friday

Sophomores and Juniors will a current events quiz on Friday.

World Civ.- students will be working on French Revolution projects due 10/25

American History- Chapter 11 Test 10/20 (Gilded Age politics and Populism)

Eight Grade Social Studies- students are finishing an interactive game on the causes of the American Revolution

Week of 10/10/2011

Current Events quizzes for American History and World Civ. on Friday.

World Civ.- students are finishing up poster projects on the culture and history of Asia after the time of the Renaissance.  We will then begin our study of the French Revolution.  Students will be given a list of individual projects to complete for this unit.

American History- students will continue studying the politics of the Gilded Age and the rise and fall of Populism

Eighth Grade Social Studies- We are studying the causes of the Revolutionary War.  Students will participate in an interactive computer game in the lab on Thursday and Friday.  This will allow them to see how individual choices led to the American Revolution.
